JADE (Judgments And Decisions Enhanced) is a BarNet initiative. It automatically collects all the recent decisions of selected Australian Courts and Tribunals into an enhanced system which allows the ability to search in near-real-time across all jurisdictions using search technologies which are case-research aware. Free registration allows the user to receive customised daily email alerts of all decisions, to mark cases for rapid recall and to annotate and highlight passages of cases for later reference.
