A Report of the trial of the civil bill process in which Mary Reilly, alias Kilkenny, alias Kenny, was the plaintiff; and the Reverend Thomas Brady, parish priest of Kilmore, in the county of Caugn, was the defendant; for a balance of maintenance alleged to be due by the defendant to the plaintiff, for the maintenance of her two illegitimate children tried in the Civil Bill Court of Cavan befire Sedborough Mayne, on Tuesday, the 15th day of January, 1828.
