In the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, in equity : between Anthony J. Drexel and Jay Cooke, trustees for the Sunbury and Erie Railroad Company, and Edmund Deacon, Edward Wetherill, Watson Malone and Benjamin Orne, and all other holders of the bonds of the North Branch Canal Company, issued under or secured by a certain mortgage executed by the said North Branch Canal Company to Anthony J. Drexel and Jay Cooke on the 25th day of May, 1858, recorded in the proper office in Luzerne County, in mortgage book no. 12, page 27, & c, as may, by contributing to the expenses of this suit, become parties hereto, and the Pennsylvania and New York Canal and Railroad Company, heretofore called the North Branch Canal Company, whose corporate name was changed by an Act of Assembly, approved March 20, 1865, changed to that of 'The Pennsylvania and New York Canal and Railroad Company.'
