Two letterpress books included in the donation. Book one contains correspondence dated between 1882 and 1884 [?]. It is 28 cm., hardbound with board covers. It is in poor condition due to the ink used and the age of the paper. Book two dates from 1896. It is 36 cm., hardbound with board covers, and contains record of money received and letters of account. It is in poor condition due to the ink used and the age of the paper, and it has suffered from insect damage.

David William Wright became the fourth generation of solicitors in the Wright family when he was admitted in 1985. The donation was accepted by Sir Dormer Andrews, Chief Justice of Queensland, and deposited in the Supreme Court Library at his request.
