The significant changes to obvious risks and warnings, professional liability for public authorities, intoxicated plaintiffs and plaintiffs where they are engaged in criminal activity are examined together with changes to contributory negligence and non-delegable duty issues. The Prersonal Injuries Proceedigns Act 2002 is discussed in relation to licensees plus a review of expert evidence - when to engage an expert, what requires expert evidence and when will the expert be accepted. In addition, the problems and procedures for legal costing are addressed."
