Summons of proving the tenor, at the instance of Mrs Elisabeth Hamilton, only lawful daughter of the deceased Colonel Thomas Hamilton of Falahall; against Thomas Hamilton-Macgill, now of Falahall and Oxfurd; Mrs Elisabeth Hamilton-Macgill, his only child on life, spouse to Mr John Dalrymple, advocate, and the said Mr John Dalrymple, for his interest; Elisabeth Dalrymple, only child procreate of that marriage, and the said Mr John Dalrymple, as tutor and administrator-in-law for his said daughter: and the proofs adduced in said process, and in the petition preferred to the court on behalf of the said Mrs Elisabeth Hamilton, pursuer, now transmitted to the process of proving the tenor .
