The bailiffs of Bridgnorth having received from one of His Majesty's Principal Secretary's [sic] of State, a copy of an agreement entered into by the Lords and Commons, in Parliament assembled; and also of a minute of the lords of His Majesty's most honorable Privy Council, respecting a reduction in the consumption of wheat, think it their duty to propose the same to the consideration of the inhabitants of the town and liberties of Bridgnorth .
