Records the names and relevant details of Queensland legal practitioners who were found guilty of professional misconduct or unsatisfactory professional conduct under the Legal Profession Act 2004 (QLD) or a corresponding law elsewhere. Also includes disciplinary action taken before 1 July 2004, such as that taken by the Solicitors Complaints Tribunal and the Statutory Committee of the Queensland Law Society.
