Summary:
This is the third Miscellany at Law provided by Sir Robert Megarry not long before his death in 2006. Beautifully written, the book is testament to Sir Robert Megarry's love of legal minutia. The book is primarily a collection of some of the wise and witty sayings that have fallen from judges since court proceedings commenced being recorded.
