The goal of this book is to provide a compact and clear account of the basic principles underlying the fields discussed. It will be of particular interest to judges, barristers, solicitors, government lawyers, in-house lawyers, academic lawyers, law students and interested non-lawyers. The relationship of this volume to its predecessor (Heydon on Contract: The General Part, 2019) is partly complementary. But it is also partly supplementary, being illustrative of general contractual principles. The particular contracts discussed are: Contracts for the domestic sale of goods, contracts for the international sale of goods caught by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and contracts for the international sale of goods not caught by that Convention.
