The 12th edition of the Annotated Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 includes: the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 current at 1 February 2023; annotations of Court and Tribunal decisions to 1 February 2023; the current Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Regulations 2019 and Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Directions 2019. The 12th edition contains an up-to-date discussion of recent litigation concerning the SRC Act, including "injury" and "disease" following MRCC v May [2016] HCA 19 and Wuth v Comcare [2022] FCAFC 42, "reasonable administrative action taken in a reasonable manner", medical treatment, and construction of the approved Guide. It includes a list of all legislative instruments made under the SRC Act, including those regulating the coverageof licensees under the Scheme, and a Legislative Amendment History of the SRC Act.
