Summary:
In response to public concerns about the proliferation of new surveillance technologies, the Australian Association for Unmanned Systems and Liberty Victoria put together recommendations to reform Australian surveillance law. This report informed the Australian Parliament Senate Inquiry: Regulatory requirements that impact on the saf use of remotely pioleted aircraft systems, unmanned aerial systems and associated systems.
